Terms and Conditions

The purchase of products in E-Commerce at the Infigo Online Store, Unipessoal Lda is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose

1.1 These General Conditions in force, are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Service in the Online Store of Infigo, Unipessoal Lda.

1.2 The purchase of any product in the Infigo, Unipessoal Lda Online Store implies acceptance of these General Online Sales Conditions.

1.3. Access to the Infigo, Unipessoal Lda Online Store is free and does not require prior subscription or user registration.

2. Product Information, Prices and Contents

2.1 Infigo, Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

2.2 The images that illustrate each product at Infigo, Unipessoal Lda may differ from the product subsequently delivered.

2.3 Items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a temporary or permanent stock out, the customer will be duly notified and an alternative product with similar characteristics will be suggested.

2.4 Under Portuguese legislation, product prices are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, as well as the cost of packaging. The cost of transport to the customer is not included.

2.5 The promotions carried out in the online store are not applied in the physical store of Infigo, Unipessoal Lda.

3. Order and payment

3.1 After confirming the order in the Infigo, Unipessoal Lda online store, you must select the payment method you want, from the available options, Multibanco, MB WAY, Visa, Mastercard
Any order placed in the Infigo, Unipessoal Lda online store will only be processed after effective receipt of payment. The formalization of the order alone does not constitute a reservation of the products.

3.2 After confirming the order in the Infigo, Unipessoal Lda online store, an email will be sent to the contact address registered there by the customer when formalizing, with all details about delivery, billing and payment information. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email, they are requested to contact Infigo, Unipessoal Lda via telephone contact +351 926 888 745 or via email info@infigo.pt.

3.3 Changes to the conditions of unshipped orders or the cancellation of an unshipped order can be made when requested via email at info@infigo.pt.

3.4 Orders placed by users from countries outside the European Union must be validated in advance.

3.5 Orders will only be sent after stock and payment confirmation and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.6 If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by Infigo, Unipessoal Lda.

3.7 After receiving the data relating to the order, the user has 3 working days to make the payment. If you do not place it within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3.8 Loja Infigo, Unipessoal Lda offers the user the following payment method: bank transfer.

3.9 Proof of bank transfer must be sent to the email info@infigo.pt.

3.10 Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is carried out. Conversion fees for payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping costs

4.1 The shipping cost is calculated depending on the weight of the products, destination and the total value of the order.

4.2. The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order, in the case of deliveries to mainland Portugal.

For deliveries outside mainland Portugal, the total price of postage is calculated after confirmation of the customer's order to the email info@infigo.pt.

5. Delivery

5.1 Orders will only be shipped after stock and payment confirmation and as soon as possible.

5.2 Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer and in accordance with the delivery times of the transport company. Home delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes. Orders can be delivered outside mainland Portugal, as long as the address is within the carrier's delivery area.

5.3 As the transport service is hired from a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be resolved by Infigo, Unipessoal Lda, and in these cases it is not possible to guarantee exact delivery times.


5.4 If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or pick it up at the location indicated by the carrier, the customer is requested to immediately contact the Infigo Online Store, Unipessoal Lda via email at info@infigo.pt .

5.5 All products shipped by Infigo, Unipessoal Lda must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must immediately return it to the shipping company, indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately inform Infigo, Unipessoal Lda via email info@infigo.pt.

5.6 If after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items are not in conformity, they are requested to immediately contact Infigo, Unipessoal Lda via email info@infigo.pt indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all items, so that the situation can be resolved as quickly as possible.
